Malabrigo is a family owned yarn company located in Uruguay.  Their wool is 100% produced by Uruguayan farms that allow their free-range sheep to wander through the hills and are herded by old-style shepherds.  They do not participate in the controversial practice of mulesing and sheep are sheared pre-lambing.  They are committed to achieving the highest standards of ethical sheep husbandry.  They also own and operate a second mill based in Peru.

Malabrigo Rasta is the quintessential super bulky yarn. The melon colour is a subtle pink that is slightly peachy and fades in and out. The yarn speaks for itself really, but what's truly amazing is the customer service you will received from Jared. You can find Rasta in most LYSs but Warehouse 2020 should be your first stop!
