What can I use my loyalty rewards points for? Rewards points can be used towards any online purchase. You can use them towards regular priced items, clearance items, and YES you can use them in combination with any of our bulk discounts (bulk pom discounts, bulk DIY faux fur square discounts, or bulk yarn discounts).
My loyalty points redemption code won't combine with bulk discounts, what do I do? Unfortunately, we have to manually adjust your discount so that it can be used in combination with our bulk discounts. Please email us at warehousetwentytwenty@gmail.com with your account name, email, and the points redemption discount code you are trying to use and we will adjust it for you.
How many loyalty points redemption discounts can I use per order? You may redeem your loyalty points for a store credit, and use only one points redemption discount per order.
I redeemed my loyalty points for a store credit but I can't find the discount code anymore. Where do I find it? Log in to your account on our website, by clicking the small person icon in the top right corner. Once you are logged in to your account, click on the "Show Loyalty Points" Button. On the left side of the loyalty points pop-up, click on the second option "Redeem Points". You will see a section titled "Your Claimed Rewards". There you can find any discount codes you have generated that can be used towards a future order. Each loyalty rewards redemption code can only be used once.
