Introducting Mota, by WoolDreamers.  Made entirely in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, Mota is named to honor its roots in the town of Mota del Cuervo.  With the aim of supporting small wool producers, Mota was developed as a collaboration with several local ranching families.

The resulting yarn is a soft and lofty 3-ply DK/worsted yarn that will give each project a special connection to the origins of its materials.

Thanks to the proximity of the farms to the mill, Mota is produced with one of the smallest carbon footprints on the market!

Composition: 100% Merino + Manchega wool

Size:  DK/worsted

Weight: 100g / 3.5 oz

Length: 230m / 252 yds

Recommended Needle Size:  5-6.5 mm

Recommended Hook Size:  5-6.5 mm

Care:  Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.

New to this yarn

I never used this yarn before, but the colors were perfect for a scarf I am working on. Now I don’t know how I went so long without knowing about it! Knits up beautifully leaving a soft fabric that feels as good as it looks. I love buying from here, there is always something new for me to try!
